Do you struggle with anxiety or feel on edge at different points throughout the day? Perhaps you've tried working with a therapist or life coach, but sense there's another way to approach your system. Join this weekly energy meditation led by Energy Intuitive & Wellness Practitioner Samantha Halitzer to learn tools and practices to work with your energy system. This meditation will help familiarize you with your own energy and energy body. If you're curious to get out of your head and learn about dissolving anxiety with a holistic systems perspective, this may be for you.
Each week we'll focus on different aspects of practicing inner calm, including:

- hands-on energy work tools to help calm your nerves
- learning about your energy system
- meditation practices to soften your mood
